• Ukraine Appeal Bake Sale

  Today, some of our KS2 children held a bake and craft sale to support the British Red Cross Ukrainian Appeal. The children worked independently to plan the event, baked the cakes and advertised it to parents. They were delighted to raise over £75 - thank you so much for your support!

  

• Y6 Dodgeball Tournament

  Well done to our Y6 dodgeball team who came 3rd in the cluster tournament recently. The children worked incredibly hard and showed excellent sportsmanship throughout (particularly impressive considering that the whole aim of the game is to pummel your opponent with balls). We grew in confidence as the tournament progressed and finished our last two games in a very dominant manner with all of our 8 players left of the pitch.

  

• World Book Day

  We've had a fantastic World Book Day with the children dressing up with a Harry Potter/magic theme. The children completed lots of book-related activities and there was a great buzz about reading around school!
