  • Christmas Performances

    Mon 18 Dec 2017
Tuesday 12th December was Christmas production day at Trent which saw KS1 and KS2 take part in separate performances. KS2 took part in a hilarious pantomime called ‘Pirates of the Curry Bean which involved rats, monkeys, pirates, sailors and their journey around the world. We worked really hard to put this performance together and really enjoyed the whole experience. The KS1 nativity this year was named ‘Hey Ewe’ and was about a curious sheep who wanted to know more about Jesus’ birth. There was some fantastic singing and acting and we were amazed at how grown-up and creative the KS1 children were. Well done to everybody for all of their hard work in putting these performances together and thank you to all of the teachers and teaching assistants for their support. Thank you too to all of the parents for the amazing costumes that were worn. Report by Cece and Evie F
  • Christmas Tree Festival

Sun 10 Dec 2017 Ben Hamblin

On Thursday 7th December, some of our musicians visited Cheap Street Church in Sherborne to perform at the Christmas Tree Festival. There were performances from the school choir, guitarists, a recorder group and a Year 5/6 choir. The children behaved brilliantly and completely wowed the audience.
