  We are very proud of our children's achievements throughout the school, and this was reflected in the formal snapshots that are taken at the end of KS1, KS2 and in Year 1, with the phonics screening test. 100% of our Year 1 children passed their phonics screening tests, and our SATs results in both key stages were nearly all above the national average. • National Fitness Day

  We were joined by trainers from Nuffield Health Yeovil today as we joined in (one day later) with National Fitness Day 2019. We all learnt about health, nutrition and exercise and had a lot of fun too! Thank you to everyone who helped to organise and run the day, and especially to Mr Leeming, for making it all happen!

• Ice Cream Van Visit

  We had a great time as all children (and staff) enjoyed an ice cream in the sunshine. This helped us to remember our vision of 'Let Your Light Shine' and how our vision vehicle of an ice cream van represents all parts of our school community working together to realise our vision.
