Football Finalists

Well done to our amazing Year 5/6 football team who came second in the North Dorset Davison Cup on Wednesday evening. After winning their semi-final convincingly, they started the final well and stormed into a 2-1 lead. However, as the minutes ticked away, tiredness kicked in and we conceded late goals to unfortunately see victory slip from our grasp. 

 

We are so proud of our players as it is such an achievement to come second out of 28 other schools, particularly considering how many of the other schools are so much larger than we are! 

 

Thank you to all of the adults who came to support the team both home and away this season!
