Who we are
Welcome to Otter Class' page!
Otter Class is a mixed Year 1 and Year 2 class made up of 29 children, who are all very keen to learn and achieve their best so their lights can shine brightly! Our class teacher is Mr Squibb and our TAs are Miss Ackerman who works with us on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays; Mrs Casey joins us every afternoon and all day Thursdays and Fridays.
This year the children will be studying a wide range of diverse topics to help broaden their knowledge and understanding of our world and its history. Each half term a newsletter is shared on our class page, which will give a more detailed outline of what we will be studying. We have also developed knowledge organisers for some curriculum subjects which help to explain some of the learning that we cover in class.
